When looking for a fitness facility 18 months ago, I wanted to find a body positive environment where anyone, no matter their current fitness level, could move their body without worrying about what they look like. A place where health and strength comes in all shapes and sizes with all different goals. I found that at Apex Fitness Center. Clare, my personal trainer, creates fun, challenging workouts that have helped me make progress toward my goals – increase muscle and strength (pull-ups too) and correct my posture. No matter what your health goals, I highly recommend Apex Fitness Center to support you in achieving them.

Having been a member of Apex for six and one-half years, I am most grateful for the support all employees give each of us. The trainers are exceptional. I presently train with Tracie. She knows my limitations, and helps to keep my body as strong as possible. The Biggest Loser helps us keep our body weight in check, and gives us a family feeling among members. I tell people I hope to be a member of Apex when I turn 80!

I have been working with Ezra for almost two years, and I have made incredible progress as an athlete. My strength gains have been incredible, as well has my weight gain (over 30 pounds). Ezra’s personality, knowledge of strength training, along with his attention to detail is super, and I cannot wait to begin training again. Also, Apex Fitness Center is a very well kept and clean facility. I have been to a few commercial fitness centers that always seem dirty, so I can really appreciate what the staff at Apex does to keep their gym clean. I would recommend Ezra and Apex Fitness Center to anyone in need of a gym or trainer.
